1865 Issue 50 centavos cubierta cover from Bogota to Socorro, October 3, 1865.
Only recorded 50 centavos 1865 issue on cover. The cubierta fee included the postage
for the letter up to 20 grams. The 30 centavos in stamps of the 1865 issue paid for the
excess weight at a rate of 10 centavos for each 15 grams. There was no limit to the amount that could be sent.
