TERMS OF SALE

1. Lots will be sold to the highest bidder at one advance over the next highest bid. Any non-conforming bid will be reduced to next lowest standard bid. In case of a tie, lots will be sold to the bid with the earliest postmark. Telephone & email bids will be recorded for date and time of receipt.
2. A minimum bid is shown for each lot in the sale. Bids below the minimum will NOT be accepted. Bidder may specify a maximum total bidding limit based on the order lots are listed on bid sheet.
3. Bidders will be notified of successful bids and lots will be shipped after payment is received. No buyer’s commission will be charged. Shipping costs will be charged to the buyer. Paypal will be accepted from buyers located outside the US with a 5% premium to cover fees.
4. All lots sold as genuine. A purchaser who believes a lot is not correctly described or is not genuine, may return the lot for a full refund within one week after it is received.
